Australian Open 2015 live stream: Schedule and TV coverage for Sunday’s matches

A much-anticipated matchup between Andy Murray and Grigor Dimitrov is on the docket for Sunday at the Australian Open.

The third round of the 2015 Australian Open came to a close Saturday, and we’re now in the Round of 16. Most of the top seeds in the men’s singles bracket are still intact, though No. 2 seed Roger Federer was upset in the third round by Andreas Seppi. That puts Seppi against another unseeded opponent, Nick Kyrgios, in the fourth round, with the winner advancing to the quarterfinals.

That winner will take on the winner of Sunday’s most exciting matchup and perhaps the biggest match of the tournament thus far: the showdown between No. 6 seed Andy Murray and No. 10 seed Grigor Dimitrov. The latter is still looking to break out and narrowly avoided elimination in the third round, but matches up well against Murray.

The other two matches in the men’s bracket for Sunday (which is local time, as the matches will get underway proper on Saturday night in the United States) are decent as well. No. 3 Rafael Nadal is set to take on No. 13 Kevin Anderson, who took down No. 24 Richard Gasquet in the third round. The No. 7 seed, Tomas Berdych, will have his hands full with Australian Bernard Tomic.

Many of the top women have already been eliminated from the tournament, but No. 3 seed Simona Halep, No. 2 seed Maria Sharapova and No. 7 seed Eugenie Bouchard will all be in action on Sunday.

Coverage of the event begins at 7 p.m. ET on the Tennis Channel and runs through 9 p.m. ESPN takes over coverage at that point and runs until 2 a.m., but then picks up again from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. on Sunday morning. Those hoping to watch online can do so at WatchESPN or the Australian Open website.

Here’s a look at some of the big matchups, with a full schedule here:
