Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams continue to roll, but will they make it to the quarterfinals on Sunday?

Just 16 players remain in both the men’s and women’s singles brackets at the 2016 Australian Open. We’ve seen some significant upsets, with players like Rafael Nadal, Simona Halep and Garbine Muguruza all out after the Round of 16. But top seeds Novak Djkokovic and Serena Williams are looking as good as ever and their cases for a title to kick off 2016 get stronger with each new day.

On Sunday, the two will face tough competition, though Djokovic will face the tougher opponent in No. 14 seed Gilles Simon. Djokovic is coming off a straight sets victory over Italian Andreas Seppi, but Simon has looked excellent throughout this tournament.

With a quarterfinals matchup against either Jo-Wilfried Tsonga or Kei Nishikori, and a potential semifinals match against Roger Federer after that, Djokovic can’t expend too much energy against Simon.

Nishikori vs. Tsonga might be the most exciting matchup set for Sunday. But Federer will also be in action against No. 15 David Goffin, and No. 6 seed Tomas Berdych will face No. 24 Roberto Bautista Agut. Andy Murray, the tournament’s No. 2 seed, is still alive in the other half of the bracket.

Williams will face another unseeded opponent in Margarita Gasparyan. Williams is the heavy, heavy favorite to win her side of the bracket, with No. 4 seed Agnieszka Radwanska being her highest-seeded competition. Radwanska will be taking on Anna-Lena Friedsam on Sunday. No. 5 Maria Sharapova will take on No. 12 Belinda Bencic and No. 10 Carla Suarez Navarro will take on Daria Gavrilova on Sunday as well.

Play for Sunday will get underway on Saturday evening in the United States. While things get started in Melbourne at 11 a.m. local time, folks will be able to tune in to the Tennis Channel at 7 p.m. ET to get watching. That coverage will run through 9 p.m., at which point it will shift to ESPN2, where it will remain until 2 a.m., take a one hour break, and then resume again until 7 a.m.
