The inaugural Laver Cup will see the best men’s tennis players from around the world descend on Prague for a three-day team competition. It’s a Team Europe vs. Team World competition and is set to be held annually two weeks after the year’s final Grand Slam, the US Open, concludes.

Play will feature six top European players against six of their counterparts from non-European countries. It will get underway on Friday and will conclude on Sunday. The Tennis Channel will broadcast all three days of competition with live streaming available online at Tennis Channel Everywhere. The first match begins at 7 a.m. ET on Friday.

Marin Cilic, Dominic Thiem, Alexander Zverev, and the team of Tomas Berdych and Rafael Nadal will represent Team Europe on Friday. Team World will be represented by Frances Tiafoe, John Isner, Denis Shapovalov, and the team of Nick Kyrgios and Jack Sock on Friday.

Roger Federer and Sam Querrey are the other participants for Europe and World, respectively, though they will not be in action on Friday.

The tournament’s format will see several best-of-three matches with ad scoring and third sets decided with a 10-point tiebreaker. Every player will play either one or two singles matches throughout the tournament, and at least four of six members of each team will play doubles.

A win on Friday is worth one point, a win on Saturday is worth two points and a win on Sunday is worth three points, meaning each coach will have to determine when to use his best players. Bjorn Borg of Sweden is the head coach of Team Europe, while John McEnroe leads Team World.

Below is all you need to know to watch the action on Friday as well as a full schedule of matches for the day.
