WNBA preseason games: full schedule, how to watch, biggest matchups

Preseason play begins on Friday, with the Dallas Wings and Las Vegas Aces facing off followed by a Chicago Sky game at LSU.

The WNBA preseason is finally here, and for the first time, all games will be streamed on television for fans to watch back home. Game play begins on Friday, May 2nd, and will run through Monday, May 12th.

All games, except an ESPN game between the Indiana Fever and the Brazil National Team, will be streamed on WNBA League Pass for free.

The schedule includes several homecoming games for WNBA stars

  • Angel Reese, Hailey Van Lith, and the Chicago Sky will return to LSU on May 2nd for a game against the Brazilian national team.
  • Arike Ogunbowale and the Dallas Wings will return to Notre Dame on May 2nd
  • Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever will return to Iowa on May 4th
  • Sabrina Ionesu, Nyarra Sabally, and the New York Liberty will return to Oregon on May 12

Preseason play begins on Friday, with games scheduled for nearly every day until Monday, May 12th.

7pm: Dallas Wings at Las Vegas Aces at Notre Dame (ION, WNBA League Pass)
9pm: Chicago Sky vs Brazilian National Team at LSU (ION, WNBA League Pass)

Saturday, May 3rd

1pm: Washington Mystics at Indiana Fever (NBA TV, WNBA League Pass)

Sunday, May 4th

4pm: Indiana Fever vs Brazilian National Team at Iowa (ESPN)
6pm: Connecticut Sun at Seattle Storm (WNBA League Pass)

Tuesday, May 6th

7pm Minnesota Lynx at Chicago Sky (WNBA League Pass)
10pm: Los Angeles Sparks at Golden State Valkyries (WNBA League Pass)
10pm: Phoenix Mercury at Las Vegas Aces (WNBA League Pass)

Wednesday, May 7th

11:30am: Atlanta Dream at Washington Mystics (WNBA League Pass)
7pm: Connecticut Sun at New York Liberty (WNBA League Pass)

Saturday, May 10th

3pm: Indiana Fever at Atlanta Dream (WNBA League Pass)
8pm: Chicago Sky at Minnesota Lynx (WNBA League Pass)

Sunday, May 11th

6pm: Golden State Valkyries at Phoenix Mercury (WNBA League Pass)

Monday, May 12th

10pm ET: New York Liberty vs Toyota Antelopes of the Japan Basketball League at Oregon (WNBA League Pass)
