The Las Vegas Aces have cut two players after their latest preseason game — rookie guard Harmoni Turner and veteran forward Queen Egbo.

Turner was the Aces’ third-round pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft; she was the 34th overall pick after a standout career at Harvard in which she averaged 18.5 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 3.7 assists. In her senior season, she shot 43% from the field and 35.6% from three.

Egbo, meanwhile, was the 10th overall pick in the 2022 WNBA Draft. She spent her first two seasons on the Indiana Fever and has also enjoyed stints on the Washington Mystics, Connecticut Sun, Los Angeles Sparks, and Las Vegas Aces. In her three-year WNBA career, she’s averaged 5.5 points and 4.9 rebounds in 15.7 minutes per game.

In Tuesday’s preseason win over the Phoenix Mercury, Turner played 11 minutes, scoring 4 points and tallying a steal and a rebound. Egbo, meanwhile, played 5 minutes off the bench.

Last week, Aces head coach Becky Hammon praised Turner after the first day of training camp.

“Harmoni’s presence — her vibe, her energy — she’s like a ray of sunshine in any room she walks into,” Hammon said, per Taylor Rocha. “She’s easy to be around, she plays hard.”

The Las Vegas Aces have 14 players on their training camp roster

  3. Guard Jewell Loyd (protected veteran)
  4. Forward A’ja Wilson (protected veteran)
  5. Guard Jackie Young (protected veteran)
  6. Forward Kierstan Bell (protected rookie)

Eight players, meanwhile, are on non-guaranteed deals:

  3. Center Kiah Stokes
  4. Center Elizabeth Kitley, who was drafted 24th overall in in 2024
  5. Guard Aaliyah Nye, who was drafted 13th overall out of Alabama
  6. Forward Crystal Bradford
  7. Guard Deja Kelly, who went undrafted in 2025
  8. Forward Cheyenne Parker-Tyus

The Aces have already cut forward Jordyn Jenkins. They will have to cut at least 3 more players ahead of May 15th, when rosters are finalized. Teams can carry up to 12 players on their final roster, but most choose to carry 11.
