Opening odds for the first round of the 2025 NCAA women’s basketball tournament

The 2025 women’s bracket is unveiled. We break down the opening odds for each matchup in women’s March Madness.

March Madness has arrived for women’s basketball! The NCAA women’s basketball tournament selection committee has come out of their room and the bracket is set. CBS is unveiling every matchup during the annual selection show and we’ll be updating providing the full list of matchups below and adding in opening odds as FanDuel Sportsbook makes them available.

The women’s tournament opens with the First Four on Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20. The first round gets underway on Saturday, March 21 and the national title champ will be crowned on Sunday, April 6 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.

Ahead of the selection show, UConn enters the tournament as the slim overall favorite, installed at +280. South Carolina is right behind them at +290, followed by UCLA (+600), USC (+650), Texas (+650), and Notre Dame (+750).
