SummerSlam 2015 results: Rusev and Dolph Ziggler will keep fighting after non-finish

At least one match had to end without a definitive winner, right?

Dolph Ziggler and Rusev have been fighting over women for a while, and they’ll probably keep fighting. Their feud is unsettled after their SummerSlam match ended in a double-countout.

Lana had been Rusev’s manager and girlfriend since he came up to the main roster from NXT, but Lana left him due to his emotionally abusive behavior a few months ago. Now Lana is dating Ziggler and Rusev clearly can’t get over it. He’s rebounding with Summer Rae, and he’s made her dress up like Lana to replace her. Also, he has a Bulgarian flag with his face over it and has no idea why anyone thinks he’s arrogant. Rusev is wonderful.

This feud has been running for a while, but was put on hold when Ziggler picked up an injury, ostensibly at the hands of Rusev. But last week, Ziggler returned to beat up Rusev, and Lana got in on the action as well, delivering a pretty gorgeous head kick to Summer.

“I’M GOING TO TURN YOUR SPINE INTO A JIGSAW PUZZLE,” screamed Rusev at Ziggler at one point before the match, as well as a few other non-sentences that resembled English.

Rusev, despite being 300 pounds, can do cool awesome flippy stuff.

But it was Ziggler who hit the first huge move of the match, catching Rusev with a Fameasser. He barely got a two count out of it, though. Rusev locked in the Accolade not much longer, but let go of it to yell at Lana after she slapped Summer across the face.

Ultimately, there was no winner. Rusev had Ziggler down on the outside, but Ziggler recovered and superkicked Rusev onto the announce table. He tried to crawl back into the ring before the referee counted to 10, but couldn’t do it. After the match, Summer punched Ziggler in the head a few times and the dudes had to separate their girlfriends.
