This is Tammy Thomas (left, we think), 2002 Olympic gold medalist in cycling:

Thomas is Einhorn is Finkle?
If Thomas seems a bit mannish, you’re not being a male chauvinist pig: She actually underwent what is referred to by medical professionals as “severe virilization” while taking huge amounts of steroids supplied to her by Victor Conte, Bay Area “Flaxseed oil” dealer and head of BALCO.
The symptoms were severe enough that a U.S. anti-doping tester showed up at Thomas’ house in 2002 and found her in the middle of something not at all suspicious in any way. Nope.
The visit was memorable, McVay said, because of Thomas’ appearance when she answered his knock on her apartment door.
“It appeared to be like shaving cream on the left side of her face around her ear,” he said.
U.S. anti-doping tester, you’ve been awkwarded! Thomas’ physical appearance is drastically different now: She is by some estimates 50 pounds lighter and unlike in 2002, does not appear to need to shave daily. She is on trial for perjury and obstruction of justice in connection with the ongoing investigation of BALCO, and if convicted could face prison, where she may bulk up as much as she likes. ↵
