The five toughest run defenses are the Ravens, Titans, Dolphins, Niners and Saints.

When it comes to passing the ball, look forward to your quarterback and receivers going up against the Jaguars, Cardinals, Lions, Titans and Bills (who have recently lost three-fourths of their starting secondary). The five stingiest pass defenses have been the Giants, Broncos, Eagles, Vikings and Jets.
