Given his more than respectable yardage totals (especially considering how much teams key in on him), Steven Jackson might appear to be a good buy low option; the touchdowns will surely come soon. ESPN’s Ken Daube, however, throws some cold water on this idea - and it’s all about the schedule:
Steven Jackson: Good Buy Low?
↵↵The St. Louis Rams have the toughest remaining rush schedule in the NFL. Their remaining nine games feature not only five games against teams ranked in the top 10 in run defense, but they also have zero games against teams in the bottom 10
↵↵Among their tough matchups, Jackson and the Rams face the Cardinals’ top-ranked rushing defense twice down the stretch. Go buy-low shopping someplace other than St. Louis.
