↵To clarify, that’s the career NFL mark. This statistic reminds me of pitchers’ wins in baseball. Pitchers who earn wins are probably good, but they also probably get decent run support. The Dolphins’ Jason Taylor is good at picking up an oblong ball and running quickly with it, but he’s also lucky to be surrounded by gentlemen (Dolphins or otherwise) who cough up the ball. Somewhere, a sportswriter is penciling Taylor into his Cy Young ballot.
