Dime Magazine’s Aron Phillips comes up with five possible destinations for Monta Ellis when he “inevitably” gets dealt from Golden State.

His suggestions:
- Philadelphia 76ers for Samuel Dalembert
- New Orleans Hornets for Emeka Okafor
- Los Angeles Clippers for Baron Davis (well, that’s ironic)
- Cleveland Cavaliers for Zydrunas Ilgauskas
- New York Knicks for Eddy Curry
To be honest, none of these trades seem particularly feasible to me. What does that tell you about Ellis, a talented player, but one with a long-term contract and a stock that’s gone way downhill since his moped accident two years ago? Maybe it won’t be as easy for Golden State to move him as one would think.
