Trent Edwards Expects To Be Cleared To Play
Edwards has not been told whether he will return to the starting lineup, though he has been practicing with the Bills’ top two wideouts, Terrell Owens and Lee Evans, which suggest that he will come back as the starter. Backup quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has played in Edwards’ absence, leading the team to a pair of wins despite putting up very modest numbers.
