C.C. Sabathia Really Expects Five People to Live in This House Comfortably?

↵
↵C.C. Sabathia has more money that you could ever even dream of making, and to further drive this point home, check out the transaction details from the shanty he just purchased in New Jersey:↵↵⇥NJMLS# 2908472
↵⇥Original List Price: $15,000,000
↵⇥Under Contract Date: 2/24/2009
↵⇥Closed: 4/8/2009
↵⇥Sale Price: $14,900,000
↵⇥Transaction: CASH↵↵Yes, he bought a 12,000-square-foot house for $14.9 million in straight cash, which I assume he loaded in that rental truck seen parked in front of the entrance in the photo above. And it didn’t even come with grass. Although even after blowing nearly 15 milly on the house, he still has $145 million left over for landscaping and various home furnishings. His life must suck.
