CSN Philly reports:

Shawn Andrews is done for the season.

The Eagles placed Andrews on injured reserve Tuesday with a back injury. Andrews missed all but the first two games of last season with a herniated disc in his back and underwent surgery last October.

He missed all of training camp after aggravating it during a conditioning sprint the morning before the first full-squad practice. After receiving two injections in the back, Andrews returned to practice on Aug. 29 and seemed ready to play in the season opener but aggravated the injury against last Wednesday.

Winston Justice played in his absence in Week 1 and is expected to be named the starting right tackle for the remainder of the season.
