ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that, according to sources, San Francisco 49ers' 1st round draft pick Michael Crabtree is going to sit out the entire 2009 season. Crabtree has refused to sign a contract with S.F. due to a dispute over his contract amount.

If this holds, the question now becomes...do the 49ers trade his rights during the season? If not, he will re-enter the 2010 draft and the Niners will lose all rights.
