“Don’t read anything into it,” Wilson said. “There was more going on but I think as you do more, you see the next day where it is or (after) two days where it is. I think any time you come off deals, you try to push through things. Do you push and is it positive, or is there a little regression?
If you’re into reading tea leaves and other acts of fortune-telling, we think what Wilson said is that Bradford is still throwing gingerly, and is deciding how much pain he can play with while still remaining effective. Or he just said nothing at all in an effort to confuse reporters. Either one is entirely plausible, because that is one of the things coaches are paid to do: confuse reporters (which is not all that difficult.)
