Last year he had the forgettable (but smart) Ryan Fitzpatrick trying to get him the ball, and he let his discontent with being stuck in Cincinnati affect his play. A healthy, motivated Ochocinco - with Palmer under center - certainly could bounce back with a vintage campaign.
