David Wright Falls Prey To Jeers, Ditches Awesome New Helmet

Everyone’s had their fair share of fun with David Wright’s Buzzy Beetle-esque helmet today. Apparently too much fun. Wright ditched the helmet tonight in Colorado, which makes sense. After all, it’s not like protecting Wright’s brain is more important than avoiding a few harsh words, right?

↵↵Mets Grrl has a none-too-polite appeal here. Yeah, David, you should probably put the helmet back on.
