Brett Favre Sings ‘Pants On The Ground,’ Meme Dies

The meme of General Larry Platt’s “Pants On Da Ground” was born Wednesday night, on American Idol. It enjoyed its life, getting remixed or sampled by countless people with video cameras and too much time on their hands. It was even performed by “Neil Young” on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. On Sunday, the meme met its swift demise when 40-year old Brett Favre celebrated the Vikings’ win by giving his own rendition of “Pants On Da Ground.”
