Daniel Roberts Replaces Injured Anthony Johnson Against John Howard at UFC on Versus

According to the Boston Herald:

Roberts is 9-0 and has only had a fight go to the judges scorecards twice. His submission game is very tight and he has a decent wrestling base to get his opponent into his world.

This is a shame as the bout with John Howard has been anticipated for quite some time and the two men have talked up the bout since before it was ever announced.

There is no word on a replacement opponent for Howard as of yet but SB Nation will have updates as they become available.
