The NFL trade deadline will be coming Tuesday Oct. 19 so expect to be hearing more and more NFL trade rumors before the deadline date.
NFL Trade Deadline Means More Rumors Of Vincent Jackson, Others
We’ve already started to see activity around the NFL trade deadline.
The most popular NFL trade deadline name has been Chargers WR Vincent Jackson. He has yet to sign his restricted free agent tender and there have reportedly been teams in trade talks with the Chargers (including the Vikings). Expect to hear his name associated with a team like the Rams, who have lost their top two receivers this year.
Other trades include Bills shipping off RB Marshawn Lynch to the Seahawks for draft picks. Also last week the Patriots traded WR Randy Moss to the Vikings for draft picks.
It's rare to see a player for player trade in the NFL so you can toss most of those ideas out but there will likely be some team who's off to a fast start looking to add pieces to the puzzle where a team like the Panthers or Bills would be more likely to trade away pieces than trade for.
