Chael Sonnen Will Not Replace Vitor Belfort At UFC 112

Sonnen said Friday he had a discussion with UFC matchmaker Joe Silva and will not be offered the fight. UFC president Dana White said Friday that Silva will remain on the card, but said he still does not have an opponent.

- Yahoo! Sports brings word that middleweight contender Chael Sonnen will not be the man who steps in to fight Anderson Silva.

Silva is without an opponent following a shoulder injury to Vitor Belfort.
