LeBron James To Be Named NBA’s Most Valuable Player
James will accept his MVP trophy this Sunday at the University of Akron, according to Cleveland sports blog Waiting For Next Year. It remains unclear whether James won unanimously, and the NBA has yet to announce the news, but it appears James has indeed won the MVP.
James averaged an obscene 29.7 points, 7.3 rebounds and 8.6 assists this season in leading Cleveland to the best record in the NBA. James’ assist average was the highest assist average for a forward in NBA history.
