World Cup 2010, Spain Vs. Switzerland: Still Down 1-0, Spain Sub-Off Hurt Andres Iniesta

With 13 minutes left, Andrés Iniesta is out, limping off the pitch as Pedro has been brought on.

It is unclear whether Pedro was set to come on before Iniesta was injured, but moments before the substitution was made, Iniesta went to ground after a sliding tackle from Stephan Lichtsteiner broke up a near-chance on goal.

Moments before, Switzerland almost went up two when Eren Derdiyok hit Iker Casillas’s right post with an attempt.
