Panthers WR Steve Smith Breaks Arm In Flag Football Game
It’s unclear exactly how long he’ll be out but, considering the circumstances, it probably happened at a good time. The Panthers are off for about six more weeks before training camp starts.
Schefter reports that Smith could be ready by the first regular season game on Sept. 12.
He underwent surgery on the arm Sunday night.
This isn't the first time Smith has broken him arm. In fact, it was just six months ago that he ended the season with a broken arm suffered against the Giants.
