Devils Fill Void By Signing Henrik Tallinder

After losing Paul Martin earlier in the day, the New Jersey Devils were in desperate need tor a defenseman. They got their guy in former Buffalo Sabre Henrik Tallinder.

The Devils have signed Tallinder to a four-year contract worth $3.375 million a season. It’s certainly a downgrade from Martin, but he’s also cheaper. It’s a very strong signing by Lou Lamoriello who desperately needed to sign a guy of this caliber.
