On the last day of July Vikings WR Percy Harvin left the team to be with his family after the death of his grandmother. He hasn’t returned since then but reports have indicated that migraines are once again part of the issue.
Vikings Get Roster Exemption For Percy Harvin Absence
Harvin himself hasn’t confirmed or denied reports that migraines have kept him out of training camp but the Vikings recently placed him on the “reserve/left squad” list, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
That means that the Vikings will get a roster exemption and they can add another player until Harvins returns.
It would suggest that the Vikings don’t expect Harvin to return anytime soon.
Harvin had migraine issues last season and it even cost him one game but he was never away from the team this long because of migraines.
