Jets QB Mark Sanchez’s season got off to a bad start when he threw an interception on his first pass of the year.

In drive number two, he made up for it. Sanchez went 6/8 for 49 yards culminating in a four-yard touchdown pass to WR Brad Smith. The series also included a 14-yard LaDainian Tomlinson reception.
The score is now 7-7 with Eli Manning and Co. returning to the field.
Early stat leaders are TE Dustin Keller with two receptions for 19 yards. RB Shonn Greene has rushed five times for 26 yards.
