Dolphins Training Camp: RB Kory Sheets Reportedly Tears Achilles Tendon

Bad news for Dolphins fans. RB Kory Sheets went down in practice on Wednesday and was helped to the sidelines by two assistant coaches.

Dolphins coach Tony Sparano confirmed that it’s an Achilles’ injury and the Miami Herald’s Barry Jackson reports that it’s a torn Achilles.

That would more than likely mean he’s out for the year.

Sheets was competing for time at running back and returner.
