And then there was one.

C.J. Spiller became the second to last first round pick to agree to terms. SB Nation’s Buffalo Rumblings fills us in.

The C.J. Spiller holdout has reached its conclusion.

ESPN's Tim Graham reports that Spiller and the Buffalo Bills agreed in terms to a five-year, $25 million deal, with a maximum value of a whopping $37.5 million. He'll get $20.5 million in guarantees.

The 2009 ninth overall pick, B.J. Raji of the Packers, got $17.7 million guaranteed.

Russell Okung is now the only remaining first round pick that has yet to sign.
