BMW Championship 2010, Round 2 Leaderboard Results: Matt Kuchar Rallies, Tiger Fades Again
Kuchar, who leads the FedExCup points race, and held sole possession of the BMW lead entering Friday, stumbled early in Round 2 with bogeys in four of his first six holes. He responded to his 3-over front nine, though, with a 2-under back nine. He now shares the lead with Charlie Wi, who went 2-under for the day.
The best round of the day was enjoyed by Marc Leishman, whose 6-under score puts him at 5-under for the tournament, one stroke behind the lead. Through one nine-hole stretch, he scored 7-under.
Elsewhere, noted golfing enthusiast Tiger Woods had the sort of day he tends to have in 2010. He shot a 1-over on Friday and sits at 3-over for the tournament, nine strokes behind the lead. Woods has five career wins at Cog Hill, including last year’s BMW Championship.
Here is the top of the leaderboard as it stands entering Round 3 play, which will begin on Saturday:
T1. Matt Kuchar (-6)

3. Marc Leishman (-5)
