Over the last year the NFL has honed in on minimizing concussions by educating teams on how to treat concussions, requiring doctors on the sidelines and reiterating that players can not return to the field after suffering an injury.

↵Both Kevin Kolb and Stewart Bradley left Sunday’s game against the Packers with concussions.
↵But that’s only before both players tried to return.
↵Kolb came back in the first half and was ruled out with a concussion at the start of the third quarter. Bradley came back in for a play.
↵The league office may be curious as to why the Eagles allowed both players to return to the field after suffering a concussion.
