In the first half, it was Derrick Williams for Arizona. In the second half, it’s been everyone else. The Wildcats trailed by six points at halftime, but have rallied and now lead by 11. After 25 first-half points, Williams has just two points in the second half, but everyone else has stepped up.

The run was punctuated by two plays. Kevin Parrom scored a layup off a nice pass from Jordin Mayes, and Brendon Lavender got a steal and a dunk to push the lead to 66-55.
Prior to that, Lamont “Momo” Johnson had been a sparkplug. He scored the game-tying and go-ahead scores, and that got Arizona going. Jordan hit two free throws to give Arizona the lead, then Jamelle Horne hit a three-pointer off a kickout from Williams to give Arizona a five-point lead. After another miss, Jordan raced down the floor, split a double team and got another layup to push the lead to seven points. Kyle Singler stopped the run with a tough bucket, his 16th point of the game, but Arizona has surged since, going on a 19-2 run in all.
