After losing two games in shocking fashion that knocked the Wisconsin Badgers out of the National Title race, they've been able to rebound and stay in the Big 10 race. Quarterback Russell Wilson leads the nation in passing efficiency and has made the Wisconsin offense significantly more dynamic that the usual dominating rushing attack.

Sam Zastrow over at Buckys 5th Quarter points out this isn’t the same old Golden Gophers:

Minnesota’s already out of the Big Ten race this year, but the program has shown signs of life, so maybe the Gophers aren’t as far off as we think. The Gophers are coming off their two best games of the season heading into Saturday’s game.

The Golden Gophers on the other hand have just two wins on their belt, but over the last two weeks have looked like a much more competitive team. The Gophers were able to knock off the Iowa Hawkeyes at home, 22-21, and pushed Michigan State last week in a tough loss. Earlier in the season the Gophers have been lost on offense and defense, but something has clicked the last two weeks.

Jeff at The Daily Gopher thinks the Gophers have a chance, if they can score points:

So I’m excited and confident Minnesota will score some points Saturday against what’s a pretty good Wisconsin defense. The Badgers are top 4 in the Big Ten in pretty much every major defensive category, so they’re good, but then again so was Michigan State. Minnesota will score, but will it be enough to keep up with Wisconsin?

Game date, time: 2:00 pm ET, Saturday, November 12th

Spread: Wisconsin is favored by 27 points
