Danica Patrick Crew Chief Tony Eury Jr. Fined, Placed On NASCAR Probation

Tony Eury Jr., the JR Motorsports crew chief and cousin of Dale Earnhardt Jr., has been fined $10,000 and placed on NASCAR probation until March 2012 due to a violation found on Danica Patrick’s car last weekend at Phoenix.

NASCAR said the infraction had to do with an improperly placed weight.

↵No points were deducted from Patrick’s team.
