The Portland Trail Blazers had no plans of letting the Cleveland Cavaliers stick around and compete for a win on Thursday night. Portland had an 11-2 lead four minutes in, a 24-2 lead eight minutes in and a 37-12 lead at the end of the first quarter. It only got more brutal from there -- that 25-point lead stretched to 35 by the middle of the second, and reached 44 in the third. Cleveland had remarkable trouble scoring, with a 12-point first and an 11-point third, and the Blazers filled the buckets with ease. The result: a 111-70 win for Portland.

LaMarcus Aldridge led Portland with 20 on 9-10 shooting over 28 minutes, and with 11 rebounds as well. Gerald Wallace and Nicolas Batum set the tone early; Crash had 17 points, six rebounds, six assists, two blocks and two steals (what a Wallace-y game!) and Batum scored 14.
Only two Cavs reached double figures: Ramon Sessions hit for 14, and Daniel Gibson scored 12 off of the bench.
