Fabio Quagliarella Returns To Training With Juventus -- Or Watches, Anyway

Fabio Quagliarella, who was ruled out for the rest of the Juventus season after rupturing ligaments in his knee in January, returned to training with Juventus on Wednesday morning -- although the striker simply watched as the rest of the team worked hard. Which sounds ideal, really. But Quagliarella stated that he will return to training after Easter weekend, so he's clearly eager to get back to work, which must be a relief to the club, who still plan to exercise their option to buy him from Napoli.

After Quagliarella was injured early in the match against Parma, Juventus went on to lose 4-1, with the Old Lady only able to win once in their next seven matches. Juve picked up Alessandro Matri from Cagliari and Luca Toni from Genoa in an attempt to replace Quagliarella, but have yet to figure out how to use Matri most effectively, whereas Toni managed to be a hero in one match, but couldn't save Juventus in the next.
