Brett Cecil Making Progress In AAA

Well, his ERA is down to 6.04 in Triple-A from 6.86 in the majors. He’s allowed 15 home runs in 56 AAA innings. Of all the bizarre struggles around the league, Cecil’s might be the strangest. A healthy, productive Cecil would have really helped the Blue Jays in the AL East race, but he looks absolutely lost right now.
