Fausto Carmona walked the bases loaded in the first, gave up a home run in the second, then hit a guy. The Yankees didn’t like that. Joe Girardi didn’t like that. Manny Acta said, “Oh, yeah? Well I don’t like Joe Girardi!” Then they talked about it, but no one threw a punch.
