Ravens Vs. Eagles Final Score: Philadelphia Wins 13-6, Michael Vick Solid In Short Appearance

Of all of the NFL preseason games taking place on Thursday night, the one between the Baltimore Ravens and Philadelphia Eagles was perhaps the least eventful. Michael Vick and Ray Rice both put in impressive shifts for their respective teams, but both - along with most of the other starters - were pulled after just one series. Neither team got to learn a whole lot about their second and third stringers in a relatively uneventful game as the Eagles won by a final score of 13-6.

Both Tyrod Taylor and Mike Kafka got extensive time at quarterback, with both having some extreme ups and downs. Taylor threw two interceptions while Kafka threw one, and they were truly bad interceptions. However, Taylor was 16/21 passing while Kafka was 13/19 and both were very effective with their legs.

Baltimore's second and third string defensive units were extremely effective, frustrating Kafka and completely shutting down the running game. Paul Kruger was especially effective for the Ravens, recording a tackle for a loss and a sack. Darryl Tapp was great for the Eagles off the edge, recording two tackles for a loss and two sacks.
