According to a report by The Guardian, Arsenal FC have agreed to terms with Manchester City over the transfer of Samir Nasri. Nasri's move to City has been rumored for a number of weeks, causing a bit of controversy when Nasri started for Arsenal against Liverpool on the weekend when he was on the verge of being sold. The writing was on the wall when Arsene Wenger left Nasri out of Arsenal's trip to Udine to face Udinese in the UEFA Champions League, and the assumptions the media made as a result of that development have been proven true.
Samir Nasri Headed To Manchester City After Arsenal Agree To Transfer Fee
Nasri will now travel to Manchester to undergo a medical and attempt to agree to personal terms with City, both of which are expected to be formalities. Though it’s technically tampering, it would be hard to believe that Nasri’s agent has had absolutely no contact with representatives at City over a potential contract.
