Ryan Tannehill’s Pro Day Brings In 20 NFL Teams, Including Browns And Seahawks

The 2012 NFL draft is a month away and there’s plenty of intrigue surrounding Texas A&M QB Ryan Tannehill, who is widely considered the third best quarterback in the draft. He suffered a broken foot in January so he hasn’t worked out for NFL scouts -- until Thursday’s pro day, that is.

Tannehill's pro day at Texas A&M has attracted 20 NFL teams, including Cleveland Browns offensive coordinator Brad Childress and Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll. The Browns are picking fourth in next month's NFL draft and some think they could pull the trigger on Tannehill at that spot. The Seahawks acquired Matt Flynn in free agency on a three-year contract.

Tannehill has only been a starter for a season and half so there are still question marks with him. He’ll be the third quarterback off the board behind Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III, possibly as high as the top 10, or even the top five.
