Now that the 2012 NFL Draft is finally a few weeks behind us, the various teams are beginning to lock down their picks. The Carolina Panthers, for example, have already agreed to terms with all seven of their draft picks and are looking ahead to the offseason with the bulk of their work finished.

While the Green Bay Packers are not quite as far along in their dealings with draftees, they have at least locked up one of their players. The Packers have signed their first-round pick, Nick Perry, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The linebacker who was selected as the No. 28 overall pick in the first round by the Packers. He was a First-team All-Pac 12 selection while playing with the USC Trojans. Perry had 8.5 sacks and 54 tackles in 12 games in 2011.
