Eagles Continue Signing Their 2012 NFL Draft Picks

The Philadelphia Eagles wrapped up a busy week of rookie signings today, inking deals with three more of their picks from the 2012 NFL Draft.

Cornerback Brandon Boykin, a fourth round pick from the University of Georgia; guard Brandon Washington, a sixth round pick from the University of Miami; and running back Bryce Brown, a seventh round pick from Kansas State, were all signed.

Boykin's deal is reportedly a four-year contract.

According to SB Nation Philly's Pat Johnson, the late round picks could add versatility to an already athletic depth chart entering training camp:

Boykin was effective as a cornerback, especially at stopping the run, as well as being a dangerous return man for the Bulldogs. Washington didn't miss a start as a junior and senior at tackle and guard for the Hurricanes. Brown was a highly-recruited running back out of high school who played for Tennessee for one season before transferring to Kansas State where his brother played. His 2011 season was ended the opening game with an ankle injury.

Earlier this week, the Eagles signed their second round picks, linebacker Mychal Kendricks and defensive end Vinny Curry.

Their first round draft pick, defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, remains unsigned.
