Giants Parade: TV Schedule, Time, Route And More

The New York Giants are the 2012 Super Bowl champions, which means they'll be getting a parade to celebrate their victory over the New England Patriots. The Giants parade starts at 11:00 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday and it will be televised by the NBC Sports Network (formerly known as Versus). ESPN and NFL Network will also have some TV coverage.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg issued a statement after the Giants win announcing the parade details. It will begin at Battery Place and Washington Street at 11:00 a.m. and move north up the Canyon of Heroes to Worth Street.

After the parade, there will be a ceremony at City Hall Plaza, where the Giants will receive the key to the city from Bloomberg.

Fans of the other 31 teams will be watching the parade on TV hoping one day their team will be there. A Super Bowl parade has to be the best event a fan can experience outside of the actual Super Bowl itself.
