THT: 2011 Umpire Strike Zones

Over at The Hardball Times, Josh Weinstock does science on numbers and figures out which umpires had the biggest and smallest strike zones in 2011.

↵The biggest? Doug Eddings. The smallest? Tim Tschida.

↵Of note: last year, Eddings had a 2.6 strikeout-to-walk ratio. Tschida came in at 1.7. The year before, they came in at 2.4 and 2.4. So.
