Seahawks vs. Bears fantasy football projections: featuring Russell Wilson, Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall

Sunday's game between the Seahawks and Bears features it's share of question marks with both Matt Forte and Sidney Rice dealing with injuries and being limited in practice this week. That said, the Bears will have Jay Cutler in the lineup for the contest after he managed to return from a concussion last week against Minnesota, while the Seattle Seahawks' top two cornerbacks Brandon Browner and Richard Sherman will also play in the match after both managed to avoid suspensions related to alleged performance enhancing drug use.

Without a doubt the Seahawks will pose a challenge for Cutler and the Bears, boasting one of the best fantasy defenses in the league. Watch for Cutler to take his share of sacks in the pocket. When Cutler is not planted firmly on his back however, he'll definitely look for his star receiver Brandon Marshall, who will definitely play despite dealing with a shoulder injury. Marshall bounced back against the Minnesota Vikings last week catching 12 passes for 92 yards after making just two catches the week before with Jason Campbell at quarterback. On the Seahawks' side of things, look for Golden Tate to see a ton of looks if teammate Sidney Rice (questionable with a calf injury) can't play in Sunday's matchup. Although Tate has just 10 catches in the last three games combined, he has managed three scores, and an increase in targets could lead to a big pay off for his fantasy owners.

As far as the running back position is concerned, Marshawn Lynch has to be considered the be all and end all for the Seahawks. Lynch had his streak of games with 100 yards rushing stopped at four against the Miami Dolphins last week, which also meant he didn't find the end zone for the first time in three weeks. The Bears' Matt Forte on the other hand has had a below average season and has not managed more than three yards per carry in the last three weeks. Considering that with the fact that teammate Michael Bush is always a threat to take some of the carries and touchdowns that used to go to Forte, it seems neither back will be worth more than a flex play against a tough Seattle defense.
