Steelers vs. Ravens final score: Suisham’s 3rd FG gives Steelers 23-20 win

A Shaun Suisham field goal as time expired pushed the Steelers past the Ravens on the road on Sunday.

The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Baltimore Ravens, 23-20, on Sunday at M&T Bank Field.

With three seconds to play, Shaun Suisham nailed a 42-yard field to give the Steelers the win. Charlie Batch, starting at quarterback for injured quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, led the Steelers down the field on the game-winning drive. The Steelers had to come back from a seven-point deficit twice in the second half to be in position for the game-winning field goal. On a day when neither team leaned on its rushing attack, Batch was able to outplay Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco. Batch improved to 6-3 all-time as a starter for the Steelers.

Fantasy Studs/Duds

Flacco played poorly and finished just 16-of-34 passing for 188 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Batch was 25-of-36 passing for 276 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Steelers tight end Heath Miller had the best day among all receivers in the game with 97 yards and a touchdown on five receptions. Steelers kicker Shaun Suisham had 11 points in the game between his three made field goals and two extra points.
