NHL Playoffs 2012, Flyers Vs. Devils Game 1: Game Time, TV Coverage And More

After a week off, the Philadelphia Flyers resume their playoff push on Sunday afternoon against the New Jersey Devils, who are coming off a double-overtime Game 7 win in Florida.

The last conference semifinals matchup gets underway Sunday afternoon, when the New Jersey Devils travel up the road to Philadelphia to face the Flyers in Game 1 of their second round series.

The Devils are coming off a thrilling double overtime win in Game 7 against the Florida Panthers late Thursday night. The Flyers, meanwhile, have waited a week after knocking out the Pittsburgh Penguins in Game 6 last Sunday afternoon.

While it may not have the all-out chaos we witnessed against the Pens, the Flyers will once again battle a fierce Atlantic Division rival. The two teams split the season series, winning three games apiece. Both the Flyers and Devils enter with some shaky goaltending, as both Ilya Bryzgalov and the Hall-of-Famer Martin Brodeur were not in top form during the first round.
